About Christopher

Leadership often starts long before a job title. For Christopher Michael Mottino, it began on the field.

Growing up in a family that valued faith, hard work, and sports, he learned early that discipline and teamwork are not optional. They are foundations. Today, as a Corporate Account Manager in the Pacific Northwest, those same lessons shape how he leads, builds client relationships, and balances work with family life.

“Sports taught me that no one wins alone,” Christopher says. “That mindset carries directly into business.”

Christopher Michael Mottino grew up playing multiple sports. Football and golf eventually became his focus. Each sport taught him something different.

Football demanded teamwork and resilience. Golf required patience and personal accountability.

“In football, you rely on the person next to you,” he explains. “In golf, you face yourself. Both experiences matter.”

That mix shaped how he approaches challenges today. He learned how to stay calm under pressure. He learned that progress takes repetition. Most important, he learned that preparation drives results.

His upbringing also emphasized faith and responsibility. Those values remain central.

“My family always stressed doing things the right way,” he says. “That doesn’t change when you move into business.”
